Completed in 2019, this luxury villa also known as ‘The Bridge’ is located in Nha Trang on a hillside overlooking the sea. Being the last plot on the cul-de-sac, this property has a 270 degree unencumbered view of the ocean and surrounding landscape.

This 4 bedroom villa was designed as a holiday home and luxury rental. Taking advantage of the ocean aspect, the layout was designed to have an open lower level plan that directly engages the surrounding landscaping, views and  pool. The upper level includes, garage, loggia and 3 of the bedrooms each with ensuite bath. The master suite takes the prominent location featuring wrap around glass offering expansive views of the coast. It also features a large linear wardrobe and makeup area terminating in the master ensuite with tub & shower overlooking the ocean below. Each room in the villa is oriented to take full advantage of the views to the horizon. All spaces have been considered for natural day lighting and airflow including privacy from the adjacent villa.

One of the primary objectives was to create the atmosphere of an open air pavilion at the lower level living space and pool: when the sliding doors are all opened the seamless flow of space from interior to exterior engenders the sense of being completely outdoors with protection from the sun overhead. The main structural columns are extended beyond the enclosing sliding glass at the main living area eliminating any any disruption to the field of glass/opening resulting in a 20m (65 foot) span and thereby creating a bridge-like building. The villa is available for short term rentals when not in use by the owners on a variety of booking sites.
