“Practicing architecture in S.E Asia often
provides challenging and unique opportunities
to intimately explore built culture in a
distinctively local manner through variables such as climate, cultural influences, building techniques, economy, and materiality”
Michael Weryk has been practicing Architecture in Vietnam
and S.E. Asia since 2006 in a variety of sectors with a
specific focus on residential and hospitality projects.
Graduated from the Frank Lloyd Wright School of Architecture with a Bachelor of Architecture and holds a Master of
Architecture degree from the University of British Columbia. Inspired by nature and the specific attributes of site,
projects are carefully considered to highlight the beauty of place. Through harmonization with local site conditions and
poetics of space, the relationship of building, nature and man are focused through the lens of architecture.
All projects are subject to extensive consideration of the
possibilities for indoor - outdoor relationships,
visual
connectivity, material and manner.
