This project was an alteration to one
of the custom designed villas in the
Sanctuary Ho Tram Resort.

The scope of work included: interior fitout, the addition of an exterior staircase and feature wall, pool decking, stainless steel pergola and Zen Garden. Use of simple features and clean lines to accentuate the original minimalist style and provide for a more versatile space and a warmer feeling for both the interior and exterior. The ground floor façade was clad in a cut slate stone with a dry-stack look to add natural warmth whilst maintaining the crisp monolithic aesthetic.
