Located in Ba Ria Vung Tau province, Sanctuary is approximately 2 hours drive from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. On 16 hectares with a picturesque beachfront location, the second phase of the project comprises 28 Duplex residential villas. Phase 2 was completed in early 2018.

The new duplex villa designs are a minimal expression of the existing Sanctuary Residence’s architectural language that were completed in 2010. Located adjacent to the Phase 1 development on approximately 6ha of the original 16ha Site. 44 units of 3-bedroom duplex villas have been designed with either canal view or ocean view, 28 being completed to date.
