Located in Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Thanh District at Saigon Pearl Development. This 1000m2 project was primarily an interior architectural project, which combined 2 adjacent units into one unique townhouse.

The design approach set up a contrast between the more traditional French colonial exterior with an open concept modern plan starting at the Ground Floor and permeates through to the upper levels with the employment of a central light well and glass elevator. The Villa is facing the saigon river and takes advantage of  the views while integrating the indoor and outdoor  with the addition of a ground floor terrace and swimming pool.
