This project for a 650m2 private villa fronting the Saigon River was designed to be completely open at the ground floor taking full advantage of the enclosed garden space.

A half Olympic length swimming pool was incorporated into the design as a key feature of the project.

Project was conducted while the principal was in the employ of Out-2 design ltd.
