5ha plot of land on the southern coast of Lombok, Indonesia. The project comprised of 5 Villas with approximate GFA of 440m2 for each 3-Storey multi-unit villa.

Each villa houses 6 suites in total: 1 luxury suite (uppermost floor) with living, kitchen & dining, bedroom and large outdoor terrace area. The other 5 suites are bedrooms with luxury ensuite bathrooms. All have views to the ocean with outdoor seating area. The

masterplan was designed to include 5 Villa units with future works to develop

a hotel block at the opposite end of the property.
