Located in HCMC, Benh Thanh District: 18 condo units with approximately 400 sqm per unit. Each condo consists of 6 floors including lower parking. Located adjacent to Vanh Thanh canal with access from Ngo Tat To street just west of Phu An bridge.

The development is proposed for a parcel of land fronting the Vanh Thanh canal in Saigon’s Benh Thanh District just south of the City Garden apartments. Several iterations were ultimately combined and distilled into one option. Challenges in developing this site included issues of  accessibility, privacy, parking, emergency vehicle access, and multi-functional approach to the condo units providing buyers with a flexible space that can suit a variety of needs including multi-generational living, or the prospect of subletting a portion of the unit.

In order to provide all of the functions and to maximize the area, the units were designed with 5 floors plus lower level parking. Lift was included in the design.
