Approximately 500m2 of roof over 3 existing buildings was the site for development of a high-end penthouse for lease.

The design included 2 storeys of living space: the lower level incorporating the main living areas (the great room) with extensive exterior terrace areas, media room, master suite and guest bedroom. The second level housed 2 bedrooms, large terraces with outdoor lounge and service area. Lower level bedrooms included ensuite bathrooms. The concept was to create an oasis from the chaos of Phnom Penh street life with integrated outdoor living set in a garden environment. Even upon first impressions of the dilapidated remnants of the site, it was immediately evident how this rooftop could be best be utilized to achieve the objectives.
