Design for 1100m2 4-storey apartment complex in Sydney Australia. Following stringent municipal requirements for development of the site, we achieved 16 apartment units; 2 & 3 Bedroom mix; in 2 separate building blocks with parking at the ground floor.

Apartments were  comfortably sized, practical, employing open planning concept with great aspect to the exterior landscaping and generous balcony areas for each unit.
